Common questions
Do we need special hardware?
No. Phones can read QR and NFC tags. Rugged RFID handhelds or fixed readers are optional and make sense when you scan many items or work with metal and heat.
Can you bring in our existing records?
Yes. We can import asset lists and inspection history from spreadsheets so you do not start from zero.
Who can see our data?
Each company's records are kept separate, and users only see what their role allows. Admins decide who can view, inspect or edit.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. QR scanning works on both. NFC tapping depends on the phone and browser, which is why every tag also carries a QR code.
Do you replace our qualified inspectors?
No. Inspections are still done by your competent people. InTAGrity records the results, schedules the next one and keeps the proof.
